Questioni just want to ask can you be pregnant and have a period? i am having all the signs of pregnancy, then back ache, nausia, headaches, sore breasts, increased hunger, increased trips to the bathroom but i have just came on my period. these signs have been there for weeks. what does this mean?
Answer If there is bleeding while pregnant it is sometimes implantation bleeding, which would be lighter than a normal period.
If you suspect you are pregnant you can take a test at this point.
