Early Pregnancy Signs & Home Test Accuracy: What to Expect

How early will pregnancy show up on a home test?  If pregnant, child was conceived 12/4.  Period was supposed to begin 12/14 & still has not.  Too soon to tell?

Answer
It may be to soon for a pregnancy test to tell.  It should only be another couple of weeks though before it can tell.  You should definately start seeing some early signs of pregnancy though.  Earlier signs include dizziness, fatigue, abdomenal soreness and breast tenderness.  And ofcourse your late period.
