Bright Spot Around Heart During Pregnancy Ultrasound: What Does It Mean?

Hi-
I just had my 20 week ultrasound and they said everything looked awesome. However, at the end of the appointment, the doctor mentioned that they saw a bright spot around the heart.  They thought it was just a muscle, but would make sure by doing an extra ultrasound in 4 weeks.  Have you heard of this before and is it anything that we should be concerned about?

I am really sorry but I really don't know as I am not with cardiology, however it could be something such as fluid around the heart, or as bad as a hole or tumor. However don't jump to conclusions as these are the questions you need to pose to your ob.
