Dear Ms. Curie,

My name is narayan and i'm from bangalore, India. I've been married since almost 2yrs for now. My age now is 31 and my wife is 28.. we've been trying to conceive since the time of our marriage but hv failed everytime.. We hv intercourses for atleast 4 times a week, I've not yet gone to any Gyn until now but planning to do so based on the response I get from u.. both of us r equally worried as to what could be wrong.. Pls help..

Hello- yes, it is time to seek medical help. The first test will likely be an evaluation of your sperm count and level of activity of the sperm. Because this is a simple test, it is usually done first. If the sperm evaluation proves normal, then your wife will be tested for normal ovulation and cycles.
