Answer
If the sonogram showed that you are 16 weeks gestational age with a good fetal heartbeat, it does not matter if you feel like you are much bigger. Usually, a low lying placenta will move away by 22 weeks, so you should repeat the sonogram at around 22 weeks gestational age.  As the uterus grows, all of your organs are pushed upward against the diaphram and you may become breathless and feel a lot of pressure. Try a heating pad, warm showers, and tylenol. Were you on Insulin during your last pregnancy, or are you on Insulin now? There is no reason to be on insulin until you take the glucose tolerance test at around 28 weeks of pregnancy. Then, you may need nothing, or you may need tO  be placed on a diet, or you may, indeed, need insulin again. wait and see. Good lucK to you.
