Could I get a posiitve pregnancy test after 48 hours of unprotected sex?

I'd be glad to try and answer your question.  The answer is no,after 48 hours, it's too soon for a pregnancy test to be positive.  You need to wait until at least a day or two before you would get your period (depending on the test that you take, it could detect a pregnancy 5 days before your period).
