Wow, seems like at any given moment you could go into active labour. My opinion that any day, you will be having this baby, but you are preterm, so if you do get regular contractions, its essential to get to the hospital immediately. Gotta keep and eye on your baby's lungs ..they are not quite developed yet.
Its possible, that your condition could remain the same as it now over the next few weeks ..but its highly unlikely.
