QuestionI had an ectopic pregnancy on the first of January. They did lap surgery and removed my left tube. I was on bc pills for 3 weeks until my reminder pills and then off. waited one more month and was given the green light to ttc again. I had one an-ovulatory cycle and then a 23 day cycle with ovulation on cd 12 and an 11 day lp. the next cycle was 30 days and ovulated on cd 19 still had an 11 day lp. this cycle I have had brown spotting on cd 15-19 and again on cd 30-36 I *may* have ovulated on cd 21 or 22 but I had temps all over the place so doubting it. I had a + opk today, tons of ewcm, and a slight temp dip today. Any idea what could be going on? I took a hpt and it was negative. I'm so confused! Thanks for any help you can give me.
I also had a pelvic ultrasound but no results back yet.

Wow - you really have been all over the place! Especially this cycle.
If you had a + OPK today and EWCM, then I would say you are fertile and not pregnant. BUT with the temp dip.... I can see why you are confused.
Hmmm... well, all I can really suggest is to keep tracking. It may have been too early to test, so the negative HPT can't really be factored into the equation quite yet. It sounds like you are doing a fantastic job of tracking under difficult circumstances. Hormones are tricky, even under the best of circumstances. Keep trying!
