my cycle start on the 6 of June an i had a line on the 20 of June, it said i can take a pregnancy test on June 30 will a pregnancy test be to soon to take or do you think i should wait into the 4 of July to see if i miss a cycle? i had a hsg done on the 11 off June and i had one tube open i hope that the hsg help me to get pregnancy. discharge i had it had a odor is that okay and i was thinking it was like an infection.it was ash to it was that okay?

My recommendation is usually to wait until the week after a missed or spotty period before testing for pregnancy. This tends to minimize the incidence of false negative results. Now, you can test earlier if you want to, but understand that you may end up re-testing. In the very early days of a pregnancy, hCG can sometimes rise slowly enough that a test will not detect it until after that expected period week. Make sure when you test that you use 1st morning urine to get a concentrated sample for the most accurate results.

Anytime you have a foul odor associated with an unusual vaginal discharge you should be seen by a doctor. There are a variety of vaginal infections that could cause this and it will be important for a doctor to diagnose this correctly and prescribe the correct treatment - especially if you are pregnant.
