Exercise for Fertility & a Healthy Pregnancy: What to Do (and When to Seek Help)

My fiance and I have been trying to conceive for about 7 months now, i am not very active but do get out at least once of twice a day for 45 min to hour walks.
I just wanted to know if there are any specific exercises i can do that can help pregnancy and ones to continue to help keep healthy during pregnancy.

There are no specific exercises to help you conceive. If you do not get pregnant by the end of one year, then you should consider infertility testing to find out what's going on.

Since you are trying to become pregnant, now is the time to start folic acid supplements to help prevent birth defects.
