Well, the answer to your first question is that theoretically you can get pregnant at any time during your cycle. However, the time during your period is usually a safe time unless you are one who has short cycles (25-26 days) and long periods. The fact that you are on the BCP should be regulating you at pretty much 28 days and suppressing ovulation.
The answer to your 2nd question is simple - who controls your body??? YOU do. This is something that you need to get a firm handle on right now. You have many more years of life and need to know for all you may come in contact with that YOU, and only YOU, control your body and what is done with it, to it, and for it. If you no longer wish to have an uncovered penis placed within YOUR body, do not allow it! Period - end of story. There are many very responsible reasons for this to happen (all of which I am sure you are aware because you sound very intelligent), but it doesn't really matter if you didn't have any reason at all except that you didn't want to. You OWN your body. If you don't care about it and look out for it's interests, no one else will either.
