Diverticulitis Symptoms, ER Visit & Next Steps - Medical Q&A

Hi I am 32 yrs old and I went to the ER on Saturday with Left lowrer belly pain and I have been throwing up non stop with very loose stool and with blood in it and I am still in alot of pain that it's hard to move and don't know what I should do about it ??? and I've not been wanting to eat or drink anything and if I do it doesn't stay down and I still have blood in my stool as of monday . please help thanks

well, you went to the ER and they said diverticulitis?  If you can't keep the antibiotics down ( I assume they gave you some) then you have to go back, because you have to have the antibiotics in your system, whether oral or through an IV line..... time to go back to the ER......
