Answer
Generally, women can continue their regular workouts, at whatever intensity level that they are used to, while ttc and through the first half (or so) of pregnancy.

Keeping your fitness level up now will provide numerous health benefits to both you and your baby. Maternal health is directly tied to fetal health, in fact they are one in the same. For more info on the benefits of maternal fitness, go to:

So continue whatever makes you body feel great. If you haven't already, do a lot of core conditioning, focusing on strength in your Transverse Abdominis. Keeping this muscle strong helps to prevent abdominal separation, back pain, postural changes and can even help shorten labor and delivery. Also, start taking a prenatal vitamin daily to insure that you have adequate levels of folic acid before becoming pregnant.
