Abdominal Twitches and Early Pregnancy: What Could It Be?

I have been trying to concieve this month.  I experienced twitches in my lower abdomen.  I am hoping this has anything to do with being pregnant.  I am expecting my period today, tested negative but I haven't started yet.  What are these twitches coming from?

Sometimes when you really want to be pregnant, your mind makes you aware of every little feeling you have in your body. We think we feel more things than what we normally do, because we want to be pregnant so bad. I would say that the "twitches" don't mean anything at all. Keep trying!
