Fetal Movement & Heartbeat in Early Pregnancy: What to Expect

I am now 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I had my first scan last week and the growth and heart beat was fine. My question is regarding the heart beat itself. Now when I sit or have food I am feeling kind of flicking or tinkling from inside. Can it be a heart beat of the baby? when we keep our hand or so cannot make out as well. But i am having this feeling all day long. And I am having morning sickness and I vomit a yellow bitter water.is it common too?
I got pregnant through IVF program. Before six months I was miscarried and I was diagonosed of having PCOS. So had to conceive through IVF. And the hormone level was 10 200 during 5 weeeks and it was increasing. Please give me some answer regarding this ASAP.

I don't think you are feeling the heart beat or the baby moving at 7 weeks. Sorry this doesn't happen until 17-21 wks. The latter date if this is your first baby. If it is a pulsating you are feeling, it is most likely your heartbeat. Your blood volume will increase with pregnancy and it might be what you are feeling. Other than that I would say your mind is playing tricks on you. It happens a lot.
The vomiting sounds like it is bile that you are bringing up. This is normal, but if you aren't able to keep anything down, you should call your doctor or go to the hospital. You should be more hydrated and bringing up meals and the liquids you are drinking. It sounds to me like you are dehydrated. Increase you fluids. Call you doctor if you aren't keeping anything down.
