Low Fetal Heart Rate & Size: First Trimester Concerns - Seeking Information

I went for my first sonogram today 10/31 and the doctor said my baby's heart beat is low and looks small for the time is supposed to be.I had my blood work done about a week ago and my hcg is normal to my calculation i might of conceived on 10/01/08 my last period was on 9/15/08 but i also had intercourse with my boyfriend on the 9/16 since it was very light. I'm a little confused on when i would of conceive but I'm also sacred that something is wrong with my baby.

Do you have regular periods usually every 28-30 days? If so, then I am calculating that you actually conceived somewhere between, Sept 22- 29. I don't think that when the doctor is saying the baby is small, he is questioning when you conceived. I think he thinks the baby might not be developing and you could miscarry. Unfortunately, it is a waiting game. There isn't anything you can do. Good luck!!
