Question I recently had a d and c, for a partial molar pregnancy. Everything went fine, though I do still have a mass, believed to be a fibroid. I had the surgery, end of March, at "8 weeks 'pregnant'".
Yesterday morning, April 24th, I started bleeding, and am not sure if this is my period or something serious. I had no premenstrual symptoms beforehand, and still do not. I have continued to bleed regularly...and have put off calling my doctor. I have an appointment May 6th, for blood tests/hcg level check, and am wondering if I should wait till then to say anything.
Any advice?

Usually spotting occurs in the first month after surgery and menses is expected to occur thereafter. I do not see at the moment anything serious if your doctor has scheduled the routine hCG level determinations for the next 12 months.
However, because im not aware of the histopathological pattern of your mole, and probably you are not either, i advise you to let your doctor know of your bleeding.
