Understanding Pap Smear Results: What Does Inflammation Mean?

pap smear   I recently had pap smear test which says(as attached in pic)
Please tell me what does inflammation of smear means and is it a cause of concern.

PAP smear is done as a screening test against genital tract cancers. If no cancer is detected then there is no reason to worry about.
An inflammation is simple to treat with some local medications and it may not need treatment at all.
