Ovulation Prediction: Calculate Your Cycle & Fertility

I am 34 years old and have irregular periods(history given below). I have one child of 5 years and want to try for second child. Please find below my medical reports & periods details.

Aug 2008 -1st day of my periods was :23rd or August
Sep 2008: 1st day of my periods was :21st of Sep
Oct 2008: 1st day of my periods was :21st of Oct
Nov 08 :1st day of my periods was :25th of Nov( delayed because i was tense at that time & travelled alot)
Dec 08:1st day of my periods was :25th of Dec
Jan 09: 1st day of my periods was :31st Jan 09
Feb-no periods
March 09:1st day of my periods was :8 the March
April 09:1st day of my periods was :20th (actually starts on 21st)
May 09:no periods
June 09: 14th June 09
July: periods awaited till today,i,e 24th July 09.
I had good bleeding during my periods (4-6) days.

My test reports:(have done all test during 3 day of my periods)

FSH : 6.32 mlU/ml
LH : 2.27 mlU/ml
Prolactin: 9.12 ng/ml
Testosterone : 27 ng/ml
Insulin fasting: 6.1 ulU/ml
Harmones: .66 pg/ml
Thyroide: 2.06 uUI/mL
Glucose: 88

Please suggest if i am normal. My height is 5:7 inches and weight is 80 KG. i have gained app 10 KG for the last one and half years. Please calculate my Ovulation periods and when i can conceive. We have tried for conception in feb 09 but not make it to final.

Hello,

It looks like you had very regular periods until January 2009.  Now they are very irregular.  I cannot calculate or advise when ovulation occurs on that calendar, as it seems like you have an ovulatory dysfunction.  That needs to be corrected for you to get pregnant, and that means that some type of fertility medication will need to be used to fix the ovary.

I would recommend that you see a fertility specialist for this.  That physician can then put you on medication such as Clomid or Femara to get you regular.
