Answer

Dr. Ramirez
Hello,

Please verify that level on your prolactin.  Prolactin should not be over 20 ng/ml.  If that is the same measure that your lab uses, and it is indeed 384, then that is a very elevated level and may indicate a pituitary tumor.  That could be the cause of your infertility.  This would need to be taken care of first.

I cannot tell you if you are or are not ovulating.  That requires some additional testing such as ultrasound or progesterone.  You should review two of the other letters that were written to me today.  They both asked about Clomid ovulation induction and I gave some specific recommendations.  You're the third so if you don't mind, I'll leave it to you to review those letters to get the answer to your question.  I hope you don't mind.

Your prolactin is a problem, however, so you need to get that taken care of.
