QuestionDr I have been trying to concieve for almost 2 years now. My cycle is 31 days and this month I delayed for about 6 days, could I have concieved? I don't drink or smoke. I am 27 years and I live in Zambia. Please help me

Thank you for your question. In the U.S., we define infertility as a woman who has been unable to conceive after 1 year of trying. You have exceeded that. Therefore, you need to have an infertility evaluation done. If you are late for your menses, it is a possibility that you could be pregnant. You need to do a pregnancy test to check. If it is negative, then go see a fertility specialist to begin an infertility evaluation. Something is not working, and the treatment will depend on what that is.
