Understanding Complex Cystic Masses: Endometrial, Neoplasm, or Hemorrhagic Cyst?

Iam 27 year old, had one missed-m/c in october 2005, after which i had my period on nov.  Dr, did'nt advice to D&C as my body will expel on its own, i had missed two months period and hence had one after which lasted 7 days.   I bled heavily after 2 days, stopped for another two days and really bled profusely in the middle of the night which led me to the ER.  Now Im left with such diagnosis (as in my subject) and really dont understand the complexity of this.  I am becoming paranoid of worse cases.  Right now Im on provera on my 2nd night, still having spots but less to scant pain---just concerned to what extent this diagnosis is? help!!! things about inability of having a family start to ruminate me!

Dear JC,   I assume that you have seen your OB/GYN since your ER visit and if NOT you need to.....  Since this is a complex cyst it needs further investigation and your doctor can do this for you or send you to a specialist/surgeon for second opinion....
