QuestionMy nephew has been fighting the West Nile virus for the past 11 months. Terrible headaches and many other symptoms. Getting lots of sleep, nutrition (Vit B12) and exercise. He reports the neck stiffness seems to be improving.
Please give advice on treatment and explain if it is common for this virus to hang on so long.
