during the last eight months or so i have been feeling different, i have lost my glow, i feel down alot more, i never used to feel down, i feel faint sometimes, i get butterflies in my stomach, and nothing seems as real, i am kind of dreamy, i went to the hospital about three months ago, they gave me pain killers and diagnosed it as inconclusive,(suggested migrains, also feel tired alot more, i am physically very fit, i run everyday, and eat well, im also in college, i also have vertigo, please help or replay

With your level of fitness you should feel just great so you must have developed a deficiency disorder which is easy to do if you run daily because the current food supplies are generally deficient in omega 3 oils, magnesium oxide and b complex vitamins due to the way we do agriculture.
Ask your doctor if you can take the following:
1)2000mg of Omega 3 or Flax oil twice a day
2)500 mg of magnesium oxide twice daily
3)High potency B complex twice daily

If they approve you should feel better within 2 weeks if you are keeping your hydration OK. Your doctor may want to see you and get blood tests first. OK?
