Cinnamon for Diabetes & Health: Benefits, Side Effects & Usage

Question
whether cinamon is useful in diabetes?its side effects?its other use?its availability/

Answer
Yes, it is useful for diabetes and cholesterol problems. If you search the web for diabetes, cinnamon you will see the research papers and that there is little or no side effects.

We use the cooking spice in the grocery store and the dose is 1/4 teaspoon in hot oatmeal, applesauce, or on buttered toast for breakfast each day.

Also helpful is 2000mg of omega-3 fish oil twice a day and 500mg of magnesium oxide twice a day if OK with your doctor.

These three markedly improve diabetes and cholesterol problems and improve bowel functions too. OK?
