Sharp Headaches with Sexual Arousal: Causes & When to Seek Help

Hi- This is kind of embarrasing but it's a health issue nevertheless. Lately (for about a week or so) I get a severe sharp pain in my head every time I get sexually aroused. This pain will go away on its own after about 10-15 minutes when the arousal dies down. This is new for me so I know it's not normal. I'm not sure if I have a brain issue, circulation or what. What do you think I should do before I contact a specialist to make sure it is not something serious first. Many thanks.

I see a lot of people who have a headache when having an orgasm.... there are blood flow changes that occur with this "chemical reaction"  where blood vessels constrict then dilate (open up) and when they do, they stretch and cause pain.... it would be worth going to a doctor to get evaluated....
