Possible Pregnancy After IUD Insertion: Symptoms & Concerns

Hi i am a mother of 3, and after my 3rd kid i got the marina inserted. That was 2 years ago i was the one who continued to have her period until recently. i didn't have one in April and barley spotted in may. now in June i again barely spotted, can i be pregnant?? i have taken pregnancy test and they were negetive.i have even tried to feel for the strings and no such luck there. I don't have insurance therefor it is hard for me to go to the doctor. Can i be pregnant or is it in my head????

I can't tell you if you are pregnant but I do know there are places where you can get a free pregnancy test. Then you won't have to pay to go to the doctor. Here is the website to find a center

Also, reconsider having the mirena removed. I don't know how long you are supposed to keep it in but 2 years seems like a long time. I would have to do research on this.
