Possible STD Symptoms: Itching, Burning, and Aches - What To Do

I've had a handful of encounters that I wasn't very smart at the time with using protection.  Since then, I've had symptoms to lead me to believe that I've received an STD or multiple stds.  I had a burning sensation when I urinate and even when I didn't.  I also started feeling somewhat achy in my chest and lower abdomen.  I took azithromicen and it all seem to go away.  But now I feel itchy most of the day mostly on my stomache and head.  Its the worst when I first wake up but it goes away or I don't notice it while I'm doing physical activities.  Please tell me this is something curable and not what I see when I try to look this up on line.  I really need peace of mind on this and I can't get tested without some type of serenity before hand.  Thanks

Lance, How are you doing now? I would recommend that you go to a doctor and get a checkup about this. I can't diagnose your condition over the internet. Your health is of the utmost importance so please don't hesitate in getting a medical exam and advice and hopefully, treatment. I see that you realize what has happened and so hopefully, will refrain from sex at this time to avoid any further problems. Let me know what happens.
