Hey basically if you measure my bust it is 34...I want it to be 36. b/c I am working on a 36-24-36 figure. This is just for me so I can have some confidence ...plus if the guys like it...;). I wanna look attractive!! Appearance means a lot ...I have learned through my years. Well I am still a teen though in high school. And my parents can't know! So it need to be something I can do on my own!...w/o them knowing. lol thanks :)

Hi Louise. You sound like a real sweet girl. I hear this question so much from girls, and I understand it. I will try to help you, but i need a little more information.
What is your cup size? And when you put your bra on, do your breasts completely fill the cups, or are the cups tight or loose?
With your bra off, hold it against you and just notice if the cups are full, OK? Will you do that for me and then let me know? This will help me to know where we are starting.
What age were you when your breasts started developing, and do you think they are fully developed now, or are you still noticing them changing? Anything you can tell me about your breasts will be very helpful.

The first thing I want to say is the information you have given me tells me you have a nicely shaped beautiful body. If you will do some breast exercises to firm the muscles that give support, you should be very proud of your breasts. I am sure they are very pretty.
