VBAC Chances: Understanding Your Options & Risks

i had my first c-section in 1996 then i gave birth naturally in 1998 but had to have a c-section in 2001 due to having twins,i am 33 weeks pregnant now and was wondering how good my chances are of another natural delivery. my hospital is willing to let me try but are not happy about the idea but they said that they will support me.......

You have excellent chances of another successful VBAC, just as you did in 1998.  Recent studies have shown that the risks of uterine rupture do not increase significantly with 2 cesareans, as was previously thought.  The fact that you already have one VBAC under your belt also improves your odds.  So don't let them scare you, you can do it!
