If you had unprotected intercourse during your cycle, then yes, you could be pregnant.
Sometimes, a blood test or home pregnancy test can be given too early to detect enough of the HCG hormone to show that you are pregnant.
This usually happens when a woman's cycles are long and/or irregular or if you ovulated later than usual in a cycle.
However, many other factors besides pregnancy can delay a cycle, including stress, poor nutrition, weight loss, and other illness.
If you are almost 4 weeks late, then take another home pregnancy test. If that is also negative, then you should visit your doctor for another blood test and to discuss other reasons why your cycle has not started at this time.

QUESTION: ok update..yest I started havin red like period but not heavy only wen wipe n today as well but on pad just a lil brown wen I wipe is red pink what can that mean is it a period.

This is most likely the beginning of your period.
It is also possible that it could be implantation spotting, but given that you've already had two negative HPTs and a negative blood test, it's more likely the beginning of your next cycle.
