i gave birth via csection about 3 weeks ago and i bled for 2 weeks after that then it stopped. then suddenly i started bleeding but now its runny brownish discharge. could i have overworked myself

It is normal around 2 weeks postpartum for your lochia (afterbirth discharge) to increase temporarily. While it's not a sign that you've overworked yourself, it is a good reminder to keep taking it easy just for a while longer, since your body needs a lot of time to heal and recuperate from birth.
