Approaching Labor: What to Expect at 38 Weeks

Hi, I'm 35, expecting my third baby.  I'm 38 weeks along now and the baby just dropped, I have increased discharge.  Up until now I had regular Braxyon-Hicks for days but I hardly have any now.  Is labor finally getting close, how close?

Yes labor is finally getting close. It is hard to say how close as you know everyone is different. You can try to get things going by walking. At your doctors appt maybe the doctor can strip your membranes sometimes that gets you going. Hope this helps, sorry I can't pinpoint how long, only god knows!!
