QUESTION: Hi,
I was wondering if based on my attached path report what would be my changes or either regular breast cancer or a recurrence of my Phyllodes tumor. There were some atypical cells and some fibroademomas but I had clear margins.

AnswerThank you! It seems to be a low grade phyllodes tumor so with a low risk of coming back. The histological picture of your milk glands is somewhat disturbing. You probably have a somewhat increased risk of breast cancer. I suggest regular 6 month check ups with mammography, ultrasound AND MRI breast scans and at least needle biopsies of anything unclear that is seen. Good luck!
