per mammogram indeterminant 13mm irregular nodule in the medial lt breast. bi rads 4
per ultrasound bilateral hypoechoic nodules measuring 8mm and 7mm  should i worry got appt with surgeon

Without biopsies that is impossible to tell. You should at least have (stereotactically guided or ultrasound guided) needle biopsies. A breast MRI scan could also be of value. Good luck! Please do keep me posted!
