Understanding Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma T3 P3 M3: What It Means & Treatment Options

my mother had a breast removed due to cancer. Then cancer in the ey now she has core breast tissue containg portions of grade 3 infiltrating ductal carcinoma t3 p3 m3.

What does that all mean ? what are the prodpects of treating it ? whats the best way you think . An info would  be welcome. Thanks

Since one breast has been removed previously this new cancer must be in the other breast? How big is her new cancer. Are there any signs of that it may have spread - to lymph nodes or elsewhere? I need that information for as good an evaluation of her situation as possible.
