Hi, me and my wife just got married and we want to use the condom for contraception, because it's easier and it's more pleasurable when I use the condom. It's up to you whether you choose to use condoms or birth control pills for contraception. Each of them have advantages as well as disadvantages. Birth control pills are slightly more effective than condoms, 99,5 and 97% respectively (with perfect use). Birth control pills may cause some unpleasant side effects. Sounds to me like you are happy with your condoms. If you wear a condom every time you have sexual intercourse it is very effective in preventing pregnancy.
It's safe both to put lubricant on your penis and to eat it.
Some women may ejaculate when they orgasm, others may not. Most women make some noise when they orgasm, but there are some women who are pretty quiet.

Good question. I have heard of women getting pregnant from "perfect" use, but I'm not sure how it happens.

During sex: Pull out immediatly. Put on a new condom before continuing.
After sex: There's not much you can do, but your partner can take the morning after pill within 72 hours. The morning after pill is available (you need prescription in some countries) at the pharmacy.
