Birth Control Pill Mix-Up: What to Do If You Took Pills Backwards
QuestionI am on birth control (Trinordiol) and for the past 2 days of my new packet, I have been taking the pills from the wrong end of the pack-I took the last two pills rather than the first two. I read that it does not matter what order you take them in-is that true? I assumed the medical dosage increases with each pill...should I be worried or can I continue taking the pills? Thank you.
AnswerHi Sara,
I'm not a medical professional so please check with your doctor or whoever prescribed the pills. I just had a question the other day about this same thing happening. Where did you read about it does not matter what order you take them in? Depending on the brand or kind, it could make a big difference. I don't know for your kind, if it is true that the dosage increases. I'm not sure what to recommend because I would not like to make a mistake on something important like this. Please email me at DCHERYL51@yahoo.com and let me know what happens.
Sincerely,
Diane Cheryl
