Birth Control Mishaps: What to Do If You Missed Pills

I have been on birth control for years now and I am currently on marvelon 21. I mistakenly started this month taking pills from the middle of the pack instead of the start and now all my dates are off. I was wondering if there are different levels of estrogen or something in each pill which would cause my mistake to be a big one! Should I do somehting to correct my mistake? Or should I be careful when having sex with my boyfriend?  PLease help me out!

I'm not a medical doctor so I suggest that you check with your physician. However, just the other day I read an article that said that if you miss or take the pills wrong for at least 3 days, "throw that pack away and start over"!
Yes, I would advise you to not have sex during this time if you want to prevent pregnancy. Even if you take the pills exactly correctly, there is a certain percentage of women who will become pregnant. I would love to talk to you more if you email me at DCHERYL51@yahoo.com
