Irregular Periods & Fertility: A Guide for Postpartum Women
QuestionHello,
I am a 27 year old female.I have always been irregular but not this irregular. I had my daughter in 2004 and breast feed, while I was on birth control for one month. Now, i have only has to periods since then and my husband and I want to have another child. What can I do to increase my chances in pregnancy? And to have a regular menstrual cycle. Please gives me something to look forward to. Thank you
AnswerThe first thing to do is to get a gynecological check up and tell the doctor you want to become pregnant. You doctor will check you and tell you to start charting your temperature.
The next thing is to find your local fertility awareness and natural family planning instructor to take classes to find out when you are fertile.
These two steps are the start of the road to your next pregnancy.
