Alesse 28 and Irregular Periods: What to Expect

I'm taking alesse 28 low dose and I've been taking it for almost four months,
should i be getting my peroid still or does it go away after three months?

I have been doing some research and I haven't been able to find anything about your period going away. I am not a doctor so I suggest that you contact your physician about this.
