Getting Pregnant After IUD Removal: Timeline & Considerations

i have a dr appt this monday October 27th 2008 to have my paraguard IUD removed. How soon after this can my hubby and I try to have our 3rd and final child?

I haven't found any cautions about getting pregnant right away. The only fact I have found is that 22% of women seeking to become pregnant after paragard removal were not able to get pregnant the first year.
