Pro-Life Debate Questions: Challenging Pro-Choice Arguments

Question
QUESTION: Hi im doing a project in criminal justice about prolife. Im debating against prochoice, i was hoping you can help me on questions that i can ask the person thats for prochoice why they believe its okay to kill babys. Please i really need help on coming yp with these questions for the debate. It would be nice if you help with 3 questions i can ask the debator. Thank you hope to hear from you really soon.!

ANSWER: I'd be glad to help.
Suggestions of questions to ask:
1. In some states, if a pregnant mother is murdered, the killer can be held responsible for the murder of her and the unborn child.  How then, can this be possible, unless the law sees an unborn child as a living being to be protected?

2. At what time do you see a baby as a living human to be protected?  If the answer is the minute the baby emerges outside the birth canal, you can ask about the minute just preceding it and elaborate on that.

3. Should all humans be protected?

4. Do all humans have a God-given right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and if so, who are we to negate a child's rights?

I hope this helps.  I could probably think of more, but let me know if you need anything else.
Good luck and best wishes.

QUESTION: Hi its me again thank you for the help! but i was hoping that you can help me with 6 more debate questions on prolife againt prochoice because it turns out i need 10 debate questions not 4! thank you i would really appreciate it!

Answer
I don't know what other questions would be best, but consider focusing on how a "pro-choice" person can determine an exact time a person becomes a person.  I think it best to focus on that.
If the debate opponent brings up an idea that the mother has to do what is best for her, and sometimes end the pregnancy, you can bring up how that is a selfish act on the mother's part.  Her perception of what is best may not be what would really occur once the child is born. There are hundreds/thousands of caring, loving couples who would love to have her child if she is unselfish and allows the child to be born.
