If an unmarried woman undergoes abortion, are there visible marks left on her so that later, after her marriage, this fact can be understood by her husband or doctor ?

If an unmarried woman has an abortion there is no way that her husband or doctor can tell unless they know.  There are some instances where after 3 abortions a woman cannot have children because her reproductive organs are too weak to carry the embryo.
