Questionhi my name is lissette i have a 1 nd 5 months old baby boy i had him on january07 nd got pregnant agian .. s0o around decem.07 i was about 3 monthz nd i had da abortion but it didnt got too well i had complication b cuz i didnt have insurance s0o0o i didnt take my pillzz rite after ..da surgury but i did later onn . after a couple of wekkss i startedd blleddinn realllyy baddd ndd biiiggggggg bloodclotz .. it got s0o bad dat i felt s0o weak dat i ended up in emergency... come to find out there was a lot of clotting still in my uterius s0o they pretty much gave me another abortion but just to suck all da clottings out u knoe .. its nov.13 08 2 day nd i neaver got preagnant again im afgraid i cant get pregnant again nd make my beautiful family.... so my question is ... do u think i can still get pregnant .. cuz i really dont think s0o

It sounds like you have been through a rough time. Did the doctor say you had an infection that caused the excessive bleeding and clots?
Abortion rarely causes infertility but sometimes a bad infection can make it harder for a women to fall pregnant. Another thing is your body has gone through alot and maybe still needs time to fully recover.
I would, if I were in your shoes, make an appointment with the doctor that treated you when you were bleeding and ask if that would cause you to not fall pregnant. If he says no then keep trying, perhaps get a kit from the chemist so you can work out your most fertile days.
I think it is unlikely that an abortion would have made you infertile but as I am not a medical doctor I cannot say for sure.
