Ring Value Appraisal: Understanding Your Gemstone Ring's Worth

Hi, I have a ring which i have been told is worth money but don't know how much for sure. Can you help? It has a large red stone in the center with three smaller white stones on either side. The markings inside are w.73 and what looks like 585, but the first 5 is a bit worn so this could be wrong. Thankyou

WELL YOU'VE ASKED ME AN IMPOSSIBLE QUESTION. TO DETERMINE VALUE I WOULD NEED TO KNOW A WHOLE LOT MORE. THE IDENTITY OF THE STONES USED, THEIR MEASUREMENTS, THE WEIGHT OF THE RING, I THINK IT'S PROBABLY 14K GOLD BY THE STAMP "585", THIS IS THE EUROPEAN VERSION OF "14K". I COULD MAKE A WILD GUESS BUT IT WOULD BE BASED ON NOTHING REAL. WHO TOLD YOU IT WAS WORTH MONEY? I'M TERRIBLY SORRY BUT I CAN'T MAKE A GUESS.
