Yes, the potential for pregnancy would exist. As far as the chances - if the sperm cells were released or emptied in the vaginal canal, it was essentially unprotected sex. If the semen was mainly contained within the condom and not emptied into the vaginal canal, your chances are lower.

The % is impossible to give you. It would depend on many factors - one of which would be the time during your cycle that this took place. If it was during the fertile time of your cycle near ovulation, then the odds would increase. If it was near a period, the odds are less.
