i have to have an abortion asap but i am a strep b carrier do i need to have specialist treatment or will my local hospital be able to do this for me my doctor said i can go nhs as i am very young and have no income.

Why do you have to have an abortion? Perhaps there are things we can do to help so you won't have to. If it is lack of income, we can help with that. If it is because you are young and afraid to tell your parents, we can help you with that, too.

He will have the best medical judgment. You need for a doctor to take a medical history and examine you, and make sure what the best course of treatment is for you. One thing to keep in mind is that since you have strep b in your body, it could become active in your reproductive tract if you damage it. Abortion ALWAYS damages it. It has to.
