Post-Abortion Symptoms: Understanding Potential Causes & Addressing Concerns

Question
I had a surgical abortion done on Nov 14th and I had my first post abortion period on December 19th. It was pretty normal and not extremely different but now I should be expecting my 2nd period yesterday (if my cycles on track Jan 16th).

Issue is: I'm feeling alot of feelings I had when I was pregnant. I'm a little dizzy, nauseous, weird cramping in my lower somtache(not exactly like regular cramping more like pressure on the sides). I'm so scared I'm pregnant again! We've been safe and using condoms and We had sex on New Years using condoms but 2 condoms broke 2 different times (damn ultra thins) but he pulled out instantly as we felt it and hadnt even ejaculated at that point. Do you think its possible precum with sperm could have gotten out in those short few seconds it ripped and he pulled out?

Well If my cycle is back to my normal 29 day cycle since my abortion on Nov 14th (which I heard a cycle might be a little longer or shorter for a while until things get back to normal) my second post period would have been yesterday. But I have yet to get it and I'm still feeling a little nauseous (altho not as bad), the pressure on my side ab regions, a little lower back pain, and a little dizzy and some heartburn pressure. I've been feeling these since like last Sunday afternoon.

Thing is, I took a pregnancy test last Sunday and it was negative. Now I just took one again last night which was suppose to be the day I got my period if everythings back on schedule...it was negative. They were both faint blue negative lines each time...does that mean anything?

Thank you!
I'm just confused....still negatives but no period. Maybe it's too soon to test? Idk

Answer
Hi Jen,
its not too early to test.
Indeed periods after an abortion are irregular for sometimes more than
4 months.
You were negative and negative again.
Stop worrying. Be patient for a while and have safe sex.
Everything will be fine.
