I had an abortion 3 weeks ago and the last 3 days especially I have been really exhausted. I have been sleeping the same amount that I usually do. I feel like I can't keep my eyes open. Is this related to the abortion or is this from something else?

Your exhaustion could possibly be due to your abortion. I recommend you go to the doctor and check for two things: infection, and anemia. If you have internal bleeding, that could cause anemia. If you have an infection, you might also be running a fever, but not necessarily. Also have him check you for sexually transmitted disease. You can get this from having an abortion because abortionists often don't sterilize their instruments properly, if at all.
It could also be that you have come down with some sort of bug. But if this persists more than a few days, you should make sure and be checked out by a doctor. Go to someone else, other than the person who did the abortion.
